Armieda Style Studio (Retail)

Led by Mr. Kunal Doshi, the Armieda project brought together architectural vision, technical complexity, and flawless execution. Designed to accommodate diverse business verticals—retail, wellness, F&B, and entertainment—within a single unified space, the project required smart planning and meticulous coordination.

Inspired by French-style exposed brickwork, the architectural language demanded detailed craftsmanship and a finish that was both classic and ahead of its time. The interiors fused modern aesthetics with traditional hand-painted artworks, striking a unique balance that added both elegance and warmth.

Working with celebrity designers from Bollywood, local vendors, architects, and MEP consultants, FabSpaces ensured seamless collaboration. The team implemented zone-wise utility integration, allowing each business type to function optimally within the overall layout. The inclusion of modern interior elements, combined with heritage-inspired detailing, made the space visually compelling and commercially efficient.

Despite a tight timeline and a cost-sensitive framework, the project was executed on schedule, with zero material wastage and strict quality control. The result is a multi-functional, visually iconic commercial building that showcases FabSpaces’ ability to deliver innovation, style, and efficiency at scale.
